To Change Your Screen Resolution:

1. Right-click on your desktop and select Properties from the menu:

Right-click

2. Select the Settings tab on the Display Properties window that opens:

display properties

3. In the Settings tab, move the Screen Resolution slider to the right, until you see the number 1024x768. Then click apply:

settings

4. After clicking apply, your screen will go blank. When it returns, click Yes in the Monitor Settings window that appears:

Monitor Settings

If after making these changes the text on your computer is small and hard to read, look below the video for instructions to make it larger. Here is a video that summarizes the entire process. If you have any questions please email us .

Making Your Font Size Larger

If you have Windows XP see here. If you are running an older version of Windows such as Windows 98, see below.

For Windows XP, in the same Display Properties window, click on the Appearance tab next to Settings.

Now in this window click on the dropdown menu next to Font Size and select Large or Extra Large. Now click Apply.

Your font should now be more readable.

For older versions of Windows (ie 98), in the same Display Properties window, click on the Appearance tab next to Settings.

Now in this window click on the dropdown menu next to Scheme and select Windows Standard (large) or Windows Standard (extra large). Now click Apply.

Your font should now be more readable.
